This is my featured drink of the week
THE CABO WABORITA
A Cabo Waborita will help cool you down at a Meltdown. But don't be fooled by the ease with which
the delicious Waborita treat goes down - it will Fire you up for sure!
2 oz. Cabo Wabo Reposado Tequila,
2
oz. Triple Sec,
1 oz. Rose's Lime Juice, freshly squeezed
splash Blue Curacao,
Combine all but the Blue Curacao in a shaker half-filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into salt rimmed martini
glass. Pour the splash of Blue Curacao into the center of the glass.

The Red Voodoo will bring a little spice into your life. The mystic power of this drink doesn't have
to be treacherous or naughty, but it CAN be if you WANT it to be, and we know you probably WANT it to be, so…

1 oz. Sangrita,
1 oz. Cerveza,
1 oz.
Rose's Lime Juice, freshly squeezed
1 or 2 drops Tabasco Sauce,
Red Hot Dried Pepper,
(decorative)
Salt,
Pepper,
Lots of ice in shaker, serve in chilled martini
glass rimmed with salt & pepper.
THE CABO WABO LONG ISLAND ICED TEA
1/2 oz. Cabo Wabo Reposado Tequila,
1/2 oz. Triple Sec,
1/2 oz. Gin,
1/2
oz. White Rum,
6 oz. Cola,
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice,
Lots of ice in a shaker,
add cola and garnish with lemon.

mexican meltdown
Concocted especially for the occasion, the Mexican Meltdown is really more of an event than a mere
cocktail. Have your friends encourage and support you as you guzzle one. Careful though, these will get you face down in Cabo
in a hurry! Better to have someone (sexy preferred of course) there to catch you!
1 shot Cabo Wabo Blanco Tequila,
1 bottle Cerveza, chilled!
Place the shot glass all the way full of tequila in the bottom of
a beer mug. Holding your thumb above the opening, give the bottle a couple of stiff shakes and pour the beer into your mug.
As the beer melds with the tequila and the foam overflows the rim, guzzle down the brew and MELTDOWN!
RED ROCKER
A Mexican Meltdown party is all about Rock 'n Roll. You know the Red Rocker ought to be there!

1/2 oz. Cabo Wabo Reposado Tequila,
1/2 oz. Amaretto,
3 oz. Cranberry Juice,
Splash
Lime Juice,
Shake in a shaker half-filled with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
strawberry margarita
1 oz. Cabo Wabo Blanco Tequila,
1/2 oz. Strawberry Schnapps,
1/2
oz. Triple Sec,
1/2 oz. Rose's Lime Juice,
1 oz. Strawberries, fresh or frozen
Rub rim of glass with a rind of lemon and dip in salt. Shake ingredients with ice and strain into cocktail glass.

Mexico's reform-minded new president used to work as an executive for an Atlanta based cola mega-giant
(to remain nameless). To commemorate that, here's a variation on the classic Cuba Libre.
1 1/2 oz. Cabo Wabo Reposado
Tequila,
1 oz. (1 lime) Rose's Lime Juice,
Cola,
Pour Cabo Wabo Reposado
into an ice filled Collins glass, squeeze the lime juice in on top and fill with cola.
bird of paradise
3/4 oz. Cabo Wabo Blanco Tequila,
1/4 oz. Amaretto,
3/4 oz. Creme
de Cacao (white),
1 1/2 oz. Cream,
Shake all ingredients with ice cubes, strain into a cocktail
glass.
